The bath lives up to expectations with good solid base. It is slightly higher than some others so getting in and out could be awkward for some. The problem we had was with the shower screen simply because it is fixed and does not hinge(not mentioned on the website) unlike every other one I have seen. The problem this gives is that if the taps are installed on the end of the bath (as shown on the website) you have to climb in the bath to turn on the taps. If subsequently the water temperature was too high you would not be able to adjust the taps without having to get into the bath again which could be impossible. The other problem is that it does not accept a standard pop up waste because of the clearance between the side of the bath and the side panel. Again there is no mention of this. All of these things resulted in numerous phone calls and delays but I have to say Customer Services were very understanding and refunded the cost of the screen. More clarity on the website could have avoided all of this.

On our website you will now find that this product is described as having a fixed shower screen to make it clearer for the customer.

In terms of the bath waste, the waste we have in the 'Essential Extras' is the one recommended by the supplier and is a standard size fitting. The problem fitting it is the only case where this has been brought to our attention but we have taken note of this instance.
