Made from solid brass with a high quality chrome finish this Modern basin mixer tap features a neat, modern design that will enhance the look and feel of your new bathroom, en-suite or cloakroom suite. This stylish tap has an easy to use single lever handle that controls the flow and temperature of the water.

The chrome basin mixer utilises leading edge, ¼ turn, ceramic disc technology for ease of operation and durability.

“Great product - need to tweak the waste though”

Tap - works fine - good value and appearance.
I did have moments with the push button waste - it wouldnt press close - but before I went to buy another, I decided to try dis-assembly - you just pull off the mushroom top, unscrew with an Allen key underneath, and all the spring, washer plunger and sealing nut drop out underneath - this is best done before fitting -. Then you can put a hex spanner to loosen the hex nut facing you as you look down on it ( if it was in the sink) and this lifts the mechanism relative to the plug-hole. It is easy to put back together - so maintenance will be a doddle - and of course, it now works perfectly - to summarise, the hex nut when it arrives, is too tight to allow the mushroom to close into the sealing position, but this adjustment puts everything right.

Great little vanity unit tap, ideal on the 450mm wall hung vanity unit,easy to use and keep clean and best of all has a really good spray pattern and does not spray water all over the place like other cheap versions,I am going to fit another one in my bathroom to replace a tap that cost 6x as much.

I bought this tap to replace a Westco tap fitted to our new bathroom sink a year ago. The flow of hot water was always pathetic and the lever had become stiff. The new tap is great! The hot water flow is at least double what it was and is now more than adequate. The lever is smooth and easy to use. Also seems a more solid tap, better made and certainly better looking. It was a bargain.
