“Does what it says on the tin”

Larger than average slimline shower tray. Very modern look.
After delivering two the wrong size, eventually we received the correct size of shower tray, after a glitch with the website ordering system. The customer service team were excellent and sorted out collection of the wrong items and delivery of the correct item very efficiently. A great company to deal with.
Only one problem, in that I was kept waiting on the customer service helpline to be put through to an advisor for about ten minutes!!!
Delivery
This item is in stock and available for immediate dispatch from our Warehouse facility in Lancashire, UK. Orders placed by 2pm Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays) are dispatched the same day.
Returns
