Product is as described and delivery was prompt and hassle free. Only criticism is that the package did not contain, as standard, the essentially required toilet-pan floor-fixing kit and the web site did not highlight its requirement as an essential extra. I had to source the item post commencement of my project, which was somewhat inconvenient. Considering the low cost of the item, it should be included as standard.
Delivery
This item is in stock and available for immediate dispatch from our Warehouse facility in Lancashire, UK. Orders placed by 2pm Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays) are dispatched the same day.
This item is normally delivered on a pallet, within 5 working days. The courier will contact you by telephone to arrange your delivery. Please note that the courier will leave the item at your premises on the pallet. You will need to make your own arrangements to then move the item(s) from the pallet to your desired location.
Returns
If for any reason you would like to return an item within 30 days of receiving the delivery and inform them that you wish to return the item(s).
