The traditional 1500x290mm white vertical column radiator is perfect for creating a timeless and classic look to any room of your home that will stand the test of time. With six columns, each one with two sections this vertical radiator produces an impressive heat output of 3,109 BTU's (912 Watts) to ensure your room is made to feel warm and welcoming in no time at all.
Suitable for both modern and traditional style homes this traditional column radiator has been made from mild steel with a high quality white powder coat finish (RAL 9016) to enhance any decor. With a tall, slim profile this vertical radiator helps to make the best use of wall space and can be installed with any central heating systems. Wall mountings brackets are included, but you should purchase a BestBathrooms.com floor mounting kit (see essential extras box above), if the floor mounting option is preferred.
Please note: Angled radiator valves are required, but not supplied with the traditional cast iron style column radiator. For perfect results, we recommend that you choose your radiator valves from the standard and thermostatic angled radiator valves in the BestBathrooms.com range.

Radiator efficiency, is measured in British Thermal Units (BTU). The dimensions of a room are used to calculate the BTU output required to heat that room. Radiators all have a known and calculated BTU output. Using the BTU outputs in the Product Specification or description above, it is easy to calculate the size of radiator you need to help provide the total heat output necessary for your room.
The best way is to ask your plumber to perform the calculation for you. If you don't have access to a plumber, you can use the BTU Calculator below as a guide. Please note that the calculated figure relates to the combined heat output of all radiators in the room, therefore the towel rail or radiator that you purchase need not satisfy the entire BTU output if it is used to complement existing radiators.
