Description

With legislation already in effect in Scotland requiring that new build and refurbished domestic bathrooms incorporate control of the hot water to a safe maximum temperature - and draft legislation in England and Wales for proposed building regulations, we are delighted to introduce the CD362 Under Bath Thermostat.

With TMV3 approval - this thermostat is engineered to a high standard so that it meets Government Health and Safety requirements for use in public places such as schools, hospitals, offices etc and would significantly reduce the risk of scalding occuring in the home or indeed anywhere that hot water is delivered through mixing valves.
